Tallinn from a bird's eye view, we went up one of the ancient crumbling towers which was part of the old city walls to get a view from the top. There are tons of churches in Tallinn. There are also lots of embassies in this upper part of the city.
Wow what a view!

Turns out those towers are part of a crumbling wall or not so crumbling now that used to protect Tallinn from invaders.

We had a lovely lunch in the town square.
It was composed of duck, Apple roasted in the oven, mashed potato and cranberries.
The waitresses were wearing mediaeval clothes, it was cool. Dad had moose meat balls and was underwhelmed.

What a nice statue!

We were both tired and so had something light for dinner from the supermarket and then went to bed.
By the end of the two days we were trekking up and down the same streets as Tallinn's old town is not that big, however it is very beautiful and there is a huge number of restaurants, shops, pubs that could keep you interested for a month.
Thank you
